Regency Dance Academy is committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our dancers and their families. Each studio is equipped with medical grade H13 air filtration devices. Studios are disinfected with hospital strength ProClean D Plus cleaner daily. We will also be implementing the following:

 

• Masks must be worn in all areas of the facility

• Closed lobby

• Drop off only- the waiting room will be closed

• Use of restrooms for emergencies only

• Bring only what you need (water, shoes, props, keys)

• Items will be stored in sanitized lockers

• ​Everyone entering will:

  • Have temperature taken at door

  • Remove shoes

  • Sanitize hands ​

• Red comfort bands will be available for students that would prefer extra spacing between them and other dancers​

 

Those who are not feeling well or have been in the presence of someone who is ill will not be permitted to enter the facility.

Regency Dance Academy is following CDC guidelines for Covid exposures and quarantining. Please refer to the guidelines below in case of an exposure.

COVID-19: What to Do When…

 

You Test Positive or Are Presumed to be Positive (Regardless of Vaccination Status) 

1. Stay at home for 5 days. 

2. You may return to dance starting on Day 6 if you have no symptoms or if your symptoms are resolving. You must be fever-free for 24 hours. 

 

You Have a Known Exposure and Are Vaccinated* 

1. You may attend dance as long as you are asymptomatic. 

2. Test on Day 5, if possible. 

3. If symptoms occur, stay home until your symptoms are resolving, including being fever-free for 24 hours. 

 

You Have a Known Exposure and Are Unvaccinated** 

1. Stay at home for 5 days. 

2. Test on Day 5, if possible. You may return starting on Day 6 if you have no symptoms. 

 

You Are Showing Symptoms With No Known Exposure (Regardless of Vaccination Status) 

1. Stay at home until you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving, including being fever-free for 24 hours. 

2. Consult a physician and test for COVID-19, if possible. 

 

In all these events, please notify Regency Dance Academy.

*In accordance with CDC guidance, this use of “vaccinated” means you have been boosted OR you have completed the primary series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine within the last 6 months or the J&J vaccine within the last 2 months. 

**In accordance with CDC guidance, this use of “unvaccinated” means you have not received any COVID-19 vaccine OR you have completed the primary series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine more than 6 months ago or the J&J vaccine more than 2 months ago.
